Walk this Way
The Dare County Association of Educational Office Professionals held its February meeting at Nags Head Elementary school. Dr. Tuttle Hall of Advanced Chiropractic in Nags Head spoke to the group about the best ways to sit, stand and walk to maintain optimal health. He discussed preventative measures and treatment options for the various muscle, nerve, joint, and disc issues that he addresses in his office, as well as demonstrating stretches that can easily be practiced at work. "His presentation was enjoyed so much that we asked him to return," noted DCAEOP President, Jane Midgett. Here, Midgett presents Dr. Tuttle with a gift card in appreciation for his time.
