Hatteras Community Turns Out
As a result of the donations and matinee admissions to Cape Hatteras Secondary School of Coastal Studies DECA sponsored GREASE performances by the Hurrah Players on Saturday, January 16, DECA raised $1000 for the Buxton United Methodist Men's Food Pantry. Several boxes of canned items were collected as well, noted DECA faculty sponsor, Marketing Teacher/Senior Project Coordinator Cindy Marks. On January 20, DECA members Brianna Price and Kayla Revels were happy to present a $1000 check to Mr. Walt Fulcher, Executive Director of the Food Pantry.
