On March 4, 2010 Child Nutrition Managers participated in a new venue for training. Their topic was tied to the successful completion of the Daily Food Production Plan. Via their computers and the GoToMeeting conferencing technology, managers listened and asked questions; participating without even leaving their seats. The online training session was presented by Leslie Otts, School Meals Initiative Consultant, Child Nutrition Section, NC Department of Public Instruction.
